Every concierge company works its own way. Your fields, your statuses and your services are added to your configuration, without development: they appear in records, lists, filters and the timeline.

Who sleeps where, and when
One row per property, one column per day. Each stay shows from arrival to departure.
- Pending stays have a dotted outline, confirmed stays are filled.
- Cleaning, linen and notes appear on the planning.
- Filter by status, channel, property or owner, and find a name even when it is misspelled.
Every change is kept
Each record shows who changed what, and when, and a change can be reverted from the history. If two people edit the same record, nothing is overwritten: you choose which value to keep.
Owners enter their own information
Each owner has their own access. They view their properties and stays, and add their stays and information themselves, without a phone call or an email.
- They only view their own properties, and only the fields the concierge company opens to them.
- The concierge company chooses what they may change, and until when.
